What does the survey taker question Johnny about in the novel, Johnny the Homicidal Maniac: Director’s Cut?

The survey taker questions Johnny about his opinion of the recent murders in the area, violence in the media, and who the killer might be. He asks if Johnny thinks the killer is a vampire, because one of the victims' blood was drained. This enrages Johnny, who kills the survey taker and throws his body out the window.
