In Chapter 15, Amal prepares to depart for Jawad’s estate. Hafsa and Fozia Auntie arrive to bid her well, and Hafsa suggests she run away. But Amal faces her destiny, knowing that if she runs, Jawad will attack her family. Omar wishes he could imagine a solution for Amal, but she reassures him that Malik will repay Jawad soon. When Amal hears a car outside the house, she says her final goodbyes. Mehnaz gives Amal a phone and money, reminding her to call as soon as she can. Amal enters Jawad’s car, leaving her home, family, and friends behind.
