What tattoo is on Lily's shoulder, and why does it upset Atlas?

Lily has a heart tattoo on her shoulder. Atlas asks about it, and she tells him she got it in college because she missed him. Atlas gets upset because he is the one who took her to the emergency room when Ryle bit her on the shoulder where her tattoo is. Atlas realizes that Ryle bit her there because he was jealous.
