What happens as before breakfast in Chapter 29?

While Atlas and Lily discuss what to have for breakfast, the doorbell rings. Atlas assumes it is Josh coming home after a sleepover with Theo. It is Sutton. She demands to know where Josh is and she wants him to come with her. As they are talking, Brad drops off Josh. Sutton tells Josh to get in her car or she will have Atlas arrested. Josh says he wants to choose where to live, and he wants to live with his dad. Sutton laughs and taunts Atlas for thinking he could form a bond with Josh. She tells Atlas to take Josh to his father, but he will be running back to her next week, just like he did last time he needed her help. Then she leaves.
