What does Atlas notice when Lily FaceTimes with him at the end of Chapter 13, and what does he do about it?

When Lily FaceTimes Atlas at the end of Chapter 13, he notices that her eyes are glassy and a little puffy. He asks if she is okay, and she tells him that she will be. He wonders if a hug will make her feel better. She says it would, but she will be better after she sleeps. Atlas asks her Atlas, and he drives five miles just to give her a hug.
