How is Corrigan's vandalized in Chapter 5?

Corrigan's is vandalized two nights after Bib's is vandalized. There are two damaged windows and there is another message spray painted across the back door. When Atlas runs the security footage, he sees someone in jeans and a black hoodie. The person snoops fora few minutes and digs through the dumpster. They spray paint their message and try to break the windows. Then they lie down on the back steps and fall asleep for two hours.
