How does Lily learn about Josh?

Lily FaceTimes Atlas after her mother takes Emmy. She sees that he is fixing two plates of food for breakfast. Atlas angles his phone and shows her that he is cooking for himself and kid. The kid looks a lot like Atlas. The kid tells Atlas that Lily thinks he is Atlas's kid. Atlas tells Lily that the kid is his brother, and he just learned that he has a brother.
