What is the narrator point of view in the novel, It Devours!?

The novel is told from a close third person limited point of view. While most of the story focuses on Nilanjana, there are some sections that follow Darryl, as well as others that follow less prominent characters such as Larry Leroy, Josh Crayton, and other citizens of Night Vale.
