Why is Ishi hesitant about bringing Majapa and Maliwal into the Yahi world?

Ishi is hesitant to bring Majapa and Maliwal into the Yahi world because, in spite of their his friendship with them, they are saldu. He worries that the Spirits may be angry or fearful. Even though he knows that Majapa and Maliwal are not like the saldu who destroyed his people, he is afraid that the Spirits may not understand this.
