Explain why Polo says that one cannot forget the city of Zora in the book, Invisible Cities?

The city attaches itself to a person's memory in a way that Zora is known by heart and can be revisited on sleepless evenings. One can then walk through its streets in his memory. Those who've memorized Zora are the most learned men in the world.
