Layla says that the Director is a red-faced man in a black suit who welcomes them as if they have chosen to be there, and he describes the activities there as if they are at summer camp, and they are preparing to have a good time together, gardening, working at the school, playing in the recreation area. He reveals the Mobius motto: “Unity. Security. Prosperity.”
