How does Jake respond after Layla cannot get through to David?

Layla is furious that she cannot get through to David, and that she only had presence of mind to say his name and nothing else, on his voicemail. When she comes out, she curses at Jake and says that she hates everyone who allowed this internment situation to come about. Jake does not arrest her, though he might arrest her for treason. He simply takes her back to her trailer.
