In the poem, Crisscrossed Packs, how does mother convince Brother Khoi to go with them?

When Brother Khoi begins to act like he isn't going with the family, Hà's mother succeeds in making Khoi reconsider when she tells him that if he doesn't go.... none of them will. Brother Khoi hates to let people down, so he agrees to accompany them.
