Based off what makes what the cowboy says in the first stanza of the poem “HA LE LU DA” why do you think the neighbors do not like Ha and her family?

Based upon the first stanza, Ha and her family would be better accepted if they took part in the town's church services. In context, this means being baptized and attending church on Sundays.
