Who is Harry Weinberger

Harry Weinberger is the New York producer of "...Vengeance." He is portrayed as being a lover of the theatre and of the play, but as also being too conservative and cautious to fully embrace everything that its story represents, and embodies. He is the main influence that causes "The Rain Scene" to be cut, an action which, in the minds of Asch, Dorothee, and other characters, completely destroys the impact and meaning of "...Vengeance." Weinberger remains firm in his convictions, suggesting that anyone who does not agree with his decision to cut the scene can leave.
