What upsets Reina the most about being fired?

Reina is saddened by the fact that this show was the only one she would ever be able to tell the woman she loved that she loved her, in a public setting. It also seems that the relationship between Reina and Dorothee may be over, as Dorothee is staying in the show, while Reina is fired.
