In Section Two, What is Frank's impression of Fonny's lawyer?

Frank seems to be unimpressed with Fonny's lawyer. He says that he is white and has degrees, but in the long run, neither of those things mean anything. However, he does recognize that as far as white men go, he is not too bad. He likes the fact that the lawyer is young, which makes him hungry for success.
