How does Joe respond when Fonny tells him he plans to marry Tish, in Section Three?

Joe asks Fonny a bunch of questions. He asks him how old he is, how he is going to feed and take care of Tish, and what Fonny would do if he was in Joe's situation. He then takes Fonny into the other room to talk with him. It is clear that Joe approves of Fonny but he is simultaneously very protective of his youngest daughter.
