According to her description of it in Section One, how does Tish feel about New York City?

Tish hates New York City. Tish says that if she and Fonny get out of this, she will never set foot in downtown New York City again. She says it is the ugliest and dirtiest city. It has the worst people, buildings, and police officers. She says in the summertime, the city stinks like people frying in hell.
