What unusual experience did Bilquis have after her sense of being baptized by the spirit?

After her baptism by the spirit, Bilquis had an experience which she described as a dream, but in which she was quite certain she was not asleep. She felt herself float out of her bedroom window and observe the earth below. When she cried out in fear, she was returned to her bed. She felt a tingling in her legs as if they had been asleep.
