Who does Ms. Endicott begin to plot against?

Tituba believes that Susanna Endicott is plotting against her.... punishing her by sending her away from the land she loves. Tituba knows that she can refuse to go, since Susanna has no legal power over her, but she also realizes that to refuse would be to separate herself from John, something she cannot accept.
