What action does Yesenia take just before Dona Tina dies in her arms?

When Yesenia sees that her grandmother Dona Tina is furious about her role in her cousin Luismi's downfall, she falls to her knees and begs her grandmother to forgive her. She tells Dona Tina that her actions had all been intended to help Dona Tina escape from the parasitic relationship she shared with her grandson Luismi, but just as she is doing so, Dona Tina dies.
