What is the narrator point of view in the novel, Hunting by Stars?

Hunting by Stars is written from a series of perspectives, but the novel never becomes completely omniscient. The author identifies the character in charge of the perspective at the beginning of each chapter, and the perspective remains focused on that character throughout that chapter.
