What type of jobs does Halima try to get in Chapter 6?

Halima is not able to get janitorial jobs like the one she had before she left Casablanca. So she tries to get a job as a day worker. She spend her time squatting on the dirt road waiting for someone who needs laundry washed or spring cleaning done.
