Imagery:

"Her shoulders began to tremble and the warrior felt it was as if she were drawing all the cold from his body and taking it inot her own. It was the most unselfish act he had ever witnessed."

"That would have been undignified, crying like an infant, and bother her dignity and her pride were cherished cloaks she always wore. It would have been humiliating to lose either."
