Why does Parvaiz return to be chained at Farooq's apartment?

Parvaiz texts Aneeka as he leaves Farooq's apartment but Aneeka says she is busy. Parvaiz goes to his work and looks up images of the torture in Bagram and then returns to the apartment to say he wants to feel his father's pain.
