What does Aneeka do when Parvaiz's coffin arrives?

When Parvaiz's coffin arrives, Aneeka breaks open the coffin with her hands and then howls up to the wind which is also howling. She then addresses the TV and asks the Prime Minister to allow her brother to come home because bodies being kept from the homeland is the law but not justice.
