Who is Emeric Belasco from Hell House and what is their importance?

Son of Myron Sandler and Noelle Belasco, Emeric began his nastiness as early as the age of five when he hanged a cat to see if it really had nine lives. At the age of ten and a half, he sexually assaults his younger sister, hospitalizing her for two months. He was sent to private school then where he was molested by a homosexual teacher. He later invited that teacher to his house, and after a week he had gone home and hung himself. He had the teeth of a carnivore, and green eyes that seemed to possess an inner light of their own.
