Who is Nigel Rasmussen from Heir Apparent and what is their importance?

Nigel is the owner of Rasmussem Gaming Center. He warns Giannine after CPOC breaks into the building. Now sixteen, Nigel had started Rasmussem Enterprises two years before. He explains his brilliance with computers as having a direct correlation to the name his parents gave him, and his company headquarter is located in Rochester, New York. Nigel's parents regulate the time he is allowed to spend with computers so to keep his hand in, he takes a job at his own concession stand after school and weekends.
