What ironic thing does Paige discover about the daycare Nicholas has had to provide for Max while she was away?

Paige drove to the hospital later that day and asked the lady at the information desk where the day care center was, hoping to see Max without Nicholas knowing. When Paige learned that there was not one at Mass General, she thought Nicholas must have him in a regular day care center. This was funny to Paige since she had wanted to put Max in daycare before so that she could have time to herself sometimes. Nicholas did not allowed it.
