Hamlet How does our conscience make cowards of us all? Asked by bookragstutor on 28 Nov 08:47 Last updated by Cat on 05 Nov 00:13
Hamlet's character foil is Fortinbras: a man who will act "on a straw" and do what has to be done. Hamlet, on the other hand, feels shackled to his conventions. He is a thinking man that buts his conscience before action.
