Brandon is a dynamic (changing) character. Brandon comes to see the far more difficult lesson that pretending to be some kind of playground superhero and righting wrongs makes the person into the very thing they were fighting against. He comes to see that punching the bully was not right either. He learns that people, all people, have the right to live without being told what to do by others.
