what are Hideki's dreams?

When Hideki and Ray have a confrontation, Hideki is able to deploy a grenade which kills Ray an instant before Ray shoots Hideki. From that point, Hideki feels empty himself, but he feels the presence of Ray's mabui, and dreams setting it free.
