What happens to Susan in Chapter 37?

Because Susan is in the process of transforming into a vampire, Bianca has a degree of mind control over her. Bianca used this to her advantage, forcing Susan to come to her while Harry was distracted, so that she could hold Susan hostage, and use her to negotiate with Harry.
