What deductions is Harry able to make, despite the effects of the vampire venom?

Despite being drugged by Kelly's venom, Harry is able to think about what happened recently. He knows that Lydia was alive, although she was obviously drugged; what he doesn't know is why she was drugged. He also doesn't know why the Nightmare attacked Lydia and Micky, or why Kyle and Kelly wanted Lydia so badly.
