How does Harry find Lydia in Chapter 16?

Harry is able to find Lydia in Chapter 16 by casting a spell using one of his talisman bracelets, made in the same fashion as the one he gave Lydia. In doing so, he is able to track the location of Lydia's talisman with the aid of a dowsing tool.
