How does Harry finally defeat Bianca?

Harry kills the vampires helping Bianca, but she herself is too powerful for him. Harry takes advantage of the weakened barrier between the physical world and the Nevernever to call forth an army of ghosts, composed of people who were killed, or knew someone who was killed by Bianca and her vampires. They take Bianca down, while Harry's group escapes.
