Who is Candida?

Candida is a witch they meet in Mexico City for information on Uay Chivo. She is the reason that Casiopea begins dreaming of her death on the Black Road as she takes seven drops of Casiopea’s blood and forces her to sleep. Candida pushes Casiopea to question her idea of witches, as the woman is calm, runs a flower shop, and has no malicious intent, especially compared to the other minor characters.
