Who is Zell?

Zell is one of the people who works at Severin Lab with Kit. Zell is known for his joking and jeering. He is the one who sees Alex and Kit drinking at Zipperz together. He tells the police about the friendship between Alex and Kit perhaps in retaliation for not having been chosen for the PMDD study.
