Who is Jenny Hsai?

Jenny Hsai is a woman who once worked in Severin Lab with Kit. Kit believes that she worked as hard as she did because Jenny had to give up her job after her husband decided he no longer wanted to stay at home and take care of the children. Jenny stayed in touch with Kit through email and would often tell her that she was bored in her new role and felt as if she was dying.
