What is the narrator point of view in the novel, Girl in Snow?

The narrative is written from the third person point of view of Cameron and Russ, and the first person point of view of Jade. At different times, the narrative shifts between the experiences of the three Broomsville residents and they all involve the character's relationship with the murder victim, Lucinda and, or, the murder investigation.
