What does the title of Chapter 5, "The Canary-Colored Caravan of Death" allude to?

This chapter's title alludes the the coloring book of The Wind in the Willows that her father had given to her as a child. When Bechdel was coloring the caravan blue, her father became upset because it is supposed to be yellow in the novel. He then took over and colored it for her.
