Dr. Cinda Monay is a slim, long-faced, intelligent-looking researcher in the Electro-Clarification Laboratory of the Seldon Psychohistory Project at Streeling University, Monay resents non-mathematicians being considered second-class. Her doctorate is in radiational physics. She has worked two and a half years on the Project and been promoted twice. As a skilled technician, Monay builds the Electro-Clarifier, which is theoretically developed by Tamwile Elar. Elar gives her full credit for her share of the work.
