What is Terminus?

A planet of mild climate and a high water/land ratio located on the fringes of the Milky Way Galaxy, Terminus becomes home to Hari Seldon's First Foundation under the guise of the scholars compiling the Encyclopedia Galactica. He sets up equipment needed to appear posthumously in holograms to guide the scholars through the so-called Seldon Crises that occur during the novel Foundation.
