Who is Kiara Washington from Forged by Fire and what is their importance?

Kiara Washington is Rob's little sister. She befriends Angel, and Angel sometimes spends the night at Kiara's house. When Angel and Gerald learn that Rob is killed in an accident, they go to the Washington's house. Kiara falls gratefully into the arms of Angel, crying bitterly for her loss. Kiara is also available for Angel, but Angel is reluctant to talk to Kiara about Jordan's abuse.
