Why does Rudolph give Dawn’s location to Oliver?

Rudolph gives Oliver Dawn’s location, because Oliver promised him $100. Also, he did not see why is was a big deal, as Oliver said Dawn was leaving town anyway, so Rudolph would lose her as a customer.
