Who is Elliot Grey in the novel, Fifty Shades of Grey?

Elliot is Christian's brother. Elliot is a fun loving, good looking young man who hooks up with Kate the first night they meet. Elliot is everything Ana wishes Christian can be: relaxed, happy, and normal. Elliot is the complete opposite of Christian, a character who is used to underscore how odd some of Christian's behaviors are.
