What is the main setting in the novel, Fever Dream?

The hospital is the most important setting because it is where the entire novel takes place. Amanda is in a hospital bed with David, and she is recounting the story of how she got sick. The novel consists of Amanda’s story as she describes the events which transpired which led her to become hospitalized.
