What is Bean's third idea for catching and killing Mr. Fox?

After the regular shovels fail at reaching Mr. Fox, Bean declares that what the farmers really need are mechanical shovels. So they attach mechanical shovels onto their caterpillar tractors in yet another effort to catch Mr. Fox.
