Who is Orville/The B Man from Fade Away and what is their importance?

Baron is Greg Downing's bookie, also dabbling in prostitution and drugs. Known as 'The B Man' for his penchant for breaking bones, Baron threatens to break Myron's leg so Myron will tell him where to find Greg. Saved by Win, Myron encounters Baron again in his office, where Win convinces Baron that they should be working together in order to find the missing player.
